Hi guys, just thought i'd ask what computing magazines you read and how you'd rate them, the last coupl of years i've been reading PC PRO, preceeded by PC Gamer, which i didnt really like very much. How about you guys, what do u read? Thing is im wondering if there something better than PC PRO out there, although i like it alot, i was just wondering.

What i read: PC PRO
Why i like it: A good variety of software and hardware coverage. News. The A list. business coverage, and informal feel.

Now do yours.

i read games for windows,pc magizine, laptop magizine, and cpu i love to read so i get diff outlooks on things....but i do think mags show more of there sponsers stuff then ne thing its all bout the money these days!

Well, i've been subscribed to ComputerActive for about 3 years now - but it's far too simple. I'm about to move on to the DVD Edition of PC Pro - it's really good :)

ive been looking at a couple but the other one im subscribed to is PC world and its not all that bad but it can be better, more stuff on computers hardware than tvs, DVD players, and stuff like that

I use to get PC Magazine, but esepecially recently I feel like the reading is below me.

I feel like PC Magazine use to cater to a more select number of people. Writing articles that were geared towards true techies, geeks, and nerds. Stuff we actually cared about. But now i feel as if they're not writing for the geeks and nerds anymore, but instead for everyone. And as a result the articles have fallen below what I consider constitutes a true geeks magazine.
