I think it has to be a overheating issue and the programs aren't reading the temps right.

Ok.. i know for sure its not my ram or my video card cuz i tested both...now how can i be sure its my CPU. cuz i put a fan behide the computer open and it didnt help...?

That wouldn't really help the CPU temps much, the only thing that will make a big difference is an aftermarket cooler. The Arctic Cooling freezer 7 PRO is a brilliant cheap HSF. $25 or £15.

Thanks i think your right about the HSF is crapy becuase i opened my case and pulled off the HSF and cleaned the dust of the heatsink and now its running better but not to its full. so ill get the HSF but are u sure it will fit in my mobo?

i dont see the difference between the too.. if they are the same im getting the $20 one... plus OCZ is more known

Maybe, try downclocking a lot. Like 2.8gz, and see if it happens. If you drop that much, it shouuld help temps a lot.

That's the one I recommended. You could also try the OCZ Vendetta (about the same price as the Freezer 7 PRO), I have it and it keeps my OC'ed Q6600 at below 45c underload.
