Alright first I was having trouble installing MSN live, would say im not connected to internet, but I was able to get the install file off of download.com and installed it but It wont let me connect to my account, keeps saying my firewall may be blocking it.. I disabled the only firewall I got which is comodo, completely exited it. Still same thing. NOW I tried using trillian.. that does the same thing. What gives?!

Odd, did u make sure your firewall from windows was also disabled?

if it comes up with this error screen:
Click troubleshoot which should open this window:
And it will go through the list to find what the problem is. When it stops and detects what the problem is, click on Repair and try again. I find this normally helps almost all the times MSN Live Messenger won't connect.
