I've always been a fan of the Zalman coolers. I've got two systems running them all nice and cool.

The ZEROTHERM heatsink is a piece of crap. I bought one for my new system, and it ended up shorting out my motherboard. It's got horrible clips, given this was on a 775 socket, so IDK how it would work on an AM2, your choice.

I'de go with the ZALMAN

I have a Zalman 9500 and it works great for me. I would get the Zalman.

It looks really cool, and the reviews seem to keep the temperature pretty low.

If not I'm thinking of getting a ZALMAN 9700.

Any ideas?

Not sure about the first but I have the 9700CNPS and it comes with a AMD mounting bracket.
