Q6600 power requirments

What are the power requirments that the Q6600 needs? Will a 500w PSU with 29amps on the dual rails be enough to power my future system? (see sig)

I think it would as the 8600GT doesn't suck a lot of power. I run my sig on a Hiper 530W with 32A on the 12V dual rails and I have an 8800GT.

I found a PSU with 32a on it, and its 500w also. It should be fine then right? I also am planning to overclock it a bit.

Power requirements are mostly just based on the video card, assuming you're not running a ton of hard drives, optical drives, etc. I'm not positive, but I think the recommended minimum power supply for the 8600GT is 350W. So pretty much any decent 500W PSU should suffice.
