best motherboard for overclocking ?

Then why is it there are many reports of people take them up to 3.8+?

I've heard great things about the P35 chipset though. That said, I wouldn't' get an Asus board with one. They've let me down a lot recently.
Intel chipsets have always been better than nVidia chipsets for OCing. Really, the only reason you should get an nVidia chipset is for SLI.

The 650i isn't all that great. If you want a current board that's good for OCing, get a P35 or X38 chipset. What's your price range?
 
It's good, just don't get it from work.

no im looking at it on newegg

and my price rang is 150 to 250, nothing more than that, but im sure i can find a nice board in that range, plus i never knew that the board chipset was that much of a factor in OCing a proc
