How can i check my ddr2 ram speed?

How do i do that..i got this cpu-z sofware i'm looking at spd max bandwithspeed PC2 - 5300(333 Mhz). Is that it?

Yes, the actual clock is 667MHz effective, which is what your RAM is supposed to run at.

In CPU-Z, click the memory tab. In the timings section, it will tell you what your memory is running at. The Frequency should be in the neighborhood of 333MHz +/- a couple of MHz.
