Friday I stayed up all night on the PC but then the following night I was up til 6am so I slept for 25 hours in a row after that haha. It's changed my body clock so the past couple days I've actually been getting up at 7.30am but I'm still in the holidays so I'm usually hell lazy and would sleep in late.
I've stayd up all night to do school/college/uni work before, but I found that time passed to quickly to ever do anything, so the benefits weren't too great, if you had to think a lot to complete it, but it saved my backside quite a few times back in the day
