PC freezes with green lines on the screen?

38-40 celsius cpu temp - This is a good temperature for your CPU at idle

chassis fan speed 0 RPM - This will only show RPM if a case fan is attached to the 3 pin connector on the motherboard.

power fan speed 0 RPM - Same as above, but it's for the power supply if it has a cord that attaches to a 3 pin connector. Not many do.

vcore 1.34v - That's the correct vcore setting.

The Q-Fan controllers automatically control fan speeds according to temperature and usage. I've heard that it causes problems in some systems when enabled. So its best left at disabled.
 
well so far so good no crashes yet. i did just get done playing oblivion and it had a error but nothing to do with overheating.
 
update: pc froze up on me again just like before after playing wow for 3 hrs straight. any other ideas why its doing this?
 
i dont understand this at all when i went back into ntune to check on the fan settings it was back down to 0??? how did it get reset and i swear i set it at 50 yesterday. also one other thing the ntune tune system device. how does that work?
