PC freezes with green lines on the screen?

SpeedFan seems to be popular. I just use Ntune myself. I haven't had any problems with it other than the voltage being off.

No need to change the vcore. I'm sure your's is fine. You can better adjust and manage voltages through the BIOS rather than use an external program.

how do i go about seeing the vcore temp and changing it? what is too high? and how do i go about knowing what to change it to?

The voltages are set and managed by the BIOS according to what the CPU and other hardware is programmed to use. They are usually not changed or adjusted unless one is overclocking the system. When you enter the BIOS by pressing DEL at boot up, they are usually found under the advanced menu.

Speedfan should report the correct voltages and temps.

ok this is what i got from BIOS.

38-40 celsius cpu temp
chassis fan speed 0 RPM?
power fan speed 0 RPM
vcore 1.34v not 1.5500!

also this caught my eye and am not sure if the setting is right.

cpu q-fan control -disabled
chassis q-fan control - disabled

im asuming you have asus mobo , do you have a program called ai suite, its comes with asus mobos and when you enable q-fan the mobo controls the fan ajusting it to the temps.
and on speed fan you carnt control the video card fan speed but you can control every other fan.
just keep ntune for ajusting the fan speed
