Ok,A Few Questions,

1. I Have 2 email accounts on outlook,can i have 1 Inbox for one account,and another inbox for the other?

2.Can i set a filter for incoming emails E.g Emails with the word "Form" in its subject will go to Folder XX?
 
on outlook express you have accounts/identities dont you? from what i remember when you switch between them they have their own inbox with their own individual messages, and you just switch between accounts when you need to

for the second question. maybe try this
 
1. Dude_SE is correct you can either have one inbox for all your emails or setup different user accounts for another inbox.

2. Thats pretty simple. Go to tools and select rules and alerts. I've highlighted the option you'll use to do what you want to do.
