You should juice it up to high
I have the 8600GTS I can run it on medium
you have more Vram you should be able to play it higher maybe...
maybe at a lower resolution...
 
I have it running at High on 1680x1050 with 0AA, with some DX10 hacks, and get around 18-20fps. Not great, but with motion blur on, it seems a bit more.
The games graphics dissapoint me now though. I was playing it at 1024x768 on my friends PC on a CRT monitor with all the hacks on, and WHAT A DIFFERENCE :p Even the extra shadowing made all the difference.

I may set the game up on my HD TV downstairs when I can be bothered so I can run it at native with all on.
 
As for cryman's noticing of the error where some don't die even after a million bullets have gone their way. Its true.

I had one spot in the game where this happened, and I had to die and reload to allow me to kill them. It only happened the once, but it was annoying.
 
Seems I was pretty lucky then. What difficulty did you play it on? I was playing it on hard up to the aliens where I had to switch it back to normal.
 
I would liked to have played it without the crosshair but then I thought, nah, it's only a game.:p
 
The water looks so real!! OMG!

When I'm playing my memory usage goes to 95% lol
