Error I get with new SATA

While waiting for a guy to come look at my newly built computer, I decided to hook up my old one and now I get this error after installing my new SATA drive. Any Ideas? And can u guys read it?

haha but it works on my other computers? I've been using it for a while and its actually on a flash drive because I use it on all computers I use because it works good.

Well, then try another one, see what happens. If that happens again, test the drive.
