I've looked online on how to partition the hard drive using vista home premium 32 bit, and from what ive read, i have to shrink my C: drive and then that will bring up a wizard to create a new partition. but my computer wont let me shrink my c: drive, so i cant create a new partition. i called for support from gateway and they refused to help. They said i have to delete everything on my C: drive to repartition it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

nope. g-parted. its a linux program but you can run it off a bootable disk. just google gparted and you'll find tutorials and how to make the disk.

Partition Magic isn't Vista compatible last time I tried.
