computer to big screen?

is there a monitor adapter for the monitor cable to turn into like a rca jack or s-video mabie, im getting a new tv tommorow for free (60") and wanted to try out some games on it =D i know my other plasma has a vga input so it worked fine, but this one doesnt, any help? thanks in advanced =D

I think your video card has s-video out, might be able to use that alone.

If you cant get a decent picture then look for an adapter

Post up the TV model your getting so we can determine the best connection method. I hook mine through a DVI to HDMI converter which allows full 1080P resolutions.

Only then, he'd need a DVI to HDMI dongle, but it also depends how old the TV is. If it's the ol stuff from 1995, then...ouch.

its about a year old or so, my mom's boss is moving so he's giving it to me cuz he doesnt wanna load it =D not sure the model but ill get you that when i get it

I still believe it might not have a VGA connector, even though it's decent. Chances say that it could be possible, but on another hand, you might even be lucky to have aDVI port instead (Did they release that?).
