I nearly chopped off the end of my right pointer finger one time using an axe. Trying to chop out a stump and I swung with all my might and the axe hit and went sideways and my finger got caught between the handle and the stump. Knocked my fingernail clean off and severed the end of my finger.
Yeah, it hurt....lol
