Having Trouble Upgrading Firmware

I want to upgrade my Linksys Router firmware.
My router is a WRT54GS with Speedbooster. I downloaded the latest firmware, but my problems are this:
In the instructions it says: 7) Browse for the firmware file that you have just extracted. The file name should end
in .rmt

When I extracted the file, there were only these files: Readme, wrt54gs_ver (Text Document), and a WRT54GSV3.0_4.71..1_US_code (which is a VLC media file (.bin)

There is no .rmt file

What do I do?

wierd. if i had to choose one id quite happily say it should be a .bin
lots of firmware files are
google about for another installation guide.
