I'm waiting on an answer on another forum for the whole lot. If that doesn't go through, you're next up for the card.

Yes, that's pretty much the same card. The timings on mine a bit lower.

It comes with the VIVO cable, power cable, and 2x DVI to VGA adapters as shown in your pic.

If needed, I think I can scrounge up a S-Video cable. The latest drivers can be had direct from Nvidia.
