Really? Intel? Ok, so that's a good setup? I'm trying to get the best I can for the money I've got. Also, where do I check what gpu I've got, I can only see 6800 gs. I don't know if it's a PCI-EX16 version. It's about a year old, I think.

Ok, I've been on eBuyer and chosen a selection.

Any upgrades you could suggest? Better mobo etc?

I also need a PSU and DVD burner.

That looks nice. The 6800 will work well as long as your not doing any heavy gaming.

The Thermaltake PSU will be fine for you, as for the extra money to spend, I'd save it for the GPU.

Also, I want my case to be well cooled, how many fans will I need? And could somebody please suggest a good heatsink/fan combo for my cpu?

Nice list, that CPU is a great OC'er the P35 chipset goes great with it .That PSU should be fine for you as it has over 30A on the 12V rail, and you won't find a good quality power supply for less than £40 though, but I recommend this OCZ instead of the Corsair: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/135159
For cooling a case with those components, 2 120mm fans should be good, one at the front for intake and one exhaust fan at the back. Make sure the fans you buy have 3 pin connectors so you can adjust them through the OS. As for the CPU cooler, this one is great for the price, it can keep up with alot of the more expensive coolers: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/105994and get some actic sliver 5 thermal paste if you don't have any as it with drop your temps by a bit compared to other pastes.
EDIT: I just had a look at your case and it already has two 120mm fans so you won't have to worry about that.

Any will do really, although the new lightscribe ones are very nice. It allows you to make labels for CDs you burn with no ink or anything, it's done by the laser in the disk drive. I have the HP in the link, I can't really recommend it as there are a few things, it seems to not be able to rip more than about 3 CDs in a row before it heats up and I have to wait for it to cool down, secondly, your case has quite a glossy finish and this has a grey plastic look(but that's just cosmetic) If I were you I'd get an LG/Samsung etc but I can't fully recommend the HP, course you don't really need Lightscribe at all: http://www.ebuyer.com/search/?strSearch=&bolShowAll=true&intStoreID=2&intCatID=27
