Are there any free software that blocks all the email message i get accept for the ones i put allow on and it lists the email addresses of the people who tried to contact me becuase today i got 732 messages and pretty much all of those emails were junk mail

Lol. In your email client thing select all messages then mark as spam. They will auto go to spam folder.
