something wrong with computer

I would start with making sure all the correct size risers and screws are in the correct place

i tried unscrewing the screws and spacers, and tried on different screws, and still no luck

whats the go with the hard drive is it a new one?..old one?..was it working before? if you are using a diff hardware configuration on another windows install you will probably need to do a repair with the windows disc before it would boot in any case. Are you able to put a windows cd in and boot to that?.

well, thanks to all those who help, from what it seems, it seemed like it was an hard drive, i used one of my old one, and it booted up fine, so now im going to reformat his computer and see if that works

edit -
hmm seems like me and lowndsey and i posted it at the same time, i knew we shouldve check the HDD since it was using a new mobo.

Hmm, well I was going to say the HDD, because you did mention it when you changed cases, but since you figured it out, well good.

A loose board may cause a short, but if it curves, it's even worse.
