Here's the 1 I have and works great http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824001095 (It's a little over your price range but a great monitor.) Let me know if you want me to try and find a cheaper 1, but if you were to get this monitor, you will be happy with it.
Get a Samsung 2ms LCD Monitor, they are very nice.
