PC vs Console

If a game isn't just ported over from a console, and not modified, then the PC has the power to outperform any console out today.

I agree. If it's a crappy port, you might as well play it on the console.

But I gotta say that I love mouse+keyboard.

meh, mouse and keybord does not beat being able to sit back in a lazy boy with a wireless controller and headset

Well, some games are just ported from a console to the PC, and most of the time not very well.
An example of this would be Colin Mcrae's Dirt, which needs a very powerful PC to run smooth, simply because they ported the code over, and didn't make it run better on PC, or perform any graphical changes.
You have to remember, consoles are very different from PC's in terms of processing abilities.

games that are being designed for 360/pc for example bioshock
they had 2 teams work the game at the same times
one pc version one xbox
the pc team obv has some more cpu power so they added in dx10
higher shader support ect
while the xbox team took the game and tried to squeeze every single last drop out of the 360

Just because Bioshock worked well, it doesn't mean every PC/360 game will.

I heard Crysis was going to get ported too. I want to see how well it'll run.
