I purchased this laptop few months ago and since the day 1, the wireless connection has been slow as compared to the Dell Latitude which I have from work. At home I use Wireless G LAN with 54 mbps throughput. I ran the speed test at speakeasy.net and where the Dell showed a download speed over the Wireless of up to 6 mbps, Lenovo only shows about 3. I tried to find an answer on IBM's site but no luck. When I called the tech support, it seemed to me like I knew more about the computers than the person I was talking to.
Can anyone help me with this? Is there some setting that I might need to change to increase the Wireless connection speed?
