Went to tigerdirect today and picked up a Core 2 Duo e4500 today for 120 canadian, and im going to install it tomorrow, also bought crysis at bestbuy today, and i built a computer for my dads friend (core 2 duo e4300, 2gb ddr2, 500gb, 7600gs, and yes i know it will bottleneck the cpu)

Sounds pretty nice!!! I just stick with Dell and may be buying a used or refurbished one to use for my MCSA training. I don't even play games so I have never found a need to build my own rig. All I do is Internet and maybe word processing here and there. But sounds like you got a pretty nice rig.
