Hi, i was just wondering if you could help me. I'm wondering if you can tell me if my computer store pop ups the same as they do sites. and if so how can you tell how to identify it as a pop up and not a site i visited.

I don't think you can really tell the difference between good cookies and bad. The best way to prevent most popups is to use a browser that blocks them such as Firefox or IE7. It's also a good idea to use a program such as Adaware 2007 Free and Spybot S&D to get rid of some of the nasties that could be lurking on you computer.

Another quick Way to clear your cookies is goto control panel, INTERNET options,browsing history then delete temporary INTERNET files, you can also delete your history.
