ever stopped to think people use microsoft products because everybody else uses them? I also wonder how many of those 9 million copies of WoW sit on a shelf unplayed like mine does.

they count the amount of players not by the amount of copies of the game the produce, but by the number of players who actually activate the CD key

the Surface isn't a phone...you can't compare apples with oranges.

Its quite simple and logical why you see more complaints... more people use it. If you have a member base of say 10 people, and their all friends, how many complaints would you get versus 10,000? A vast difference.
