I watched the Web 2.0 video on YouTube, but I still can't figure out what it is. Can someone explain to me in English what Web 2.0 is? Please don't use a bunch of HTML/IT jargon. Thanks.

It's not a coding change at all. Web 2.0 is just a term used to describe changes to the internet, from Web 1.0 being the boring informational internet, to Web 2.0 being the interconnected social sites, video sites, etc.
