Compatibility question

I was looking for some help as to if this monitor would plug into this video card.

Oh, yay! It was worrying looking at the "1 D-sub, 1 DVI" input on the monitor and the "2 dual-link DVI-I connectors; VGA, HDTV and TV outputs" on the video card.

Now for the power supply. This one says "ATX 12V 2.0 and EPS 12V 2.91 compliance" on it, while the video card requires ATX 2.2 or higher. I'm guessing I need to search for a different power supply? link-

All right. A tangent about Power Supplies- Does the amount shown (such as you suggested I get a 550 watt) cover the maximum it outputs or how much it supplies to each device?
