still wont boot right...

so I booted from the CD and I did the "leave file system intact" option an installed windows to my C drive....when it restarts after copying the files....I get verifying DMI pool data and it freezes at that...what the eff is going on?

the hard drive is fine....i don't have a floppy drive...the windows CD is in so do I have to take that out? and my connections are good

sorry it took so long my dad was on the laptop...its an abit kn9 sli mobo

i did a repair install obviously by leaving the files intact...if I formatted the drive and did a complete refresh install do u think it would work?

im not sure y it doesnt work now , but a fresh install would work
