Cheap Build

Hey Everyone :]

My laptop is not cutting it no more and it's time for a desktop.

I play CS 1.6 and CS:S

So what I ask of you is try to build a pretty good comp that can get 60+fps in CS:S. Price limit is about 300-400 if it can be below 400 that be nice but I know that a little to much to ask for.

I need everything except monitor,mouse,keyboard,and CD drive.

That's really the best I can do for a midrange gaming PC. About $450 total. But that machine will play CS like it's nothing.

If you really to try to save some money, downgrade the video card to a 7600GT, and save $30:

Still a good card, but if you can afford the X1950PRO you'll really like it a lot more.

hey im trying to sell an Intel DG33TL motherboard, with vista. its made for the Core 2 processors and has a PCI-E slot and can hold up to 8GB of 800 ram. $190 +shipping. both vista and the motherboard are sealed and vista is genuine. i dont like vista on my family pc so i dont want it on mine. please consider. a friend of mine has a Quad-core, this board, and an 8800 and is playing Crysis on Highest settings.
