Yes in the US. BMW = Honda Civic over there. Everyone drives them.

I've noticed in movies that the cops drive BMWs a lot of the time in European countries. Are they really rich, or are BMWs just cheaper over there? It'd be nice to have a BMW...

As for the cell phone subject. If I get a call on my phone while driving it's usually going to be a short conversation, so I don't pull over. I slow down though and pay more attention to the road than the phone. But i don't get calls while driving often. I wouldn't answer it if I was going 70+mph. I don't text, so no worries there. My cousin does something like 9,000 texts a month. She has unlimited text... The road will be less safe when she starts driving.
