worshipme Golden Master Messages 5,603 Dec 17, 2007 #4 Yeah, getting more RAM would improve Windows performance alot. If you play alot of RTS games you should also consider a dual core. The AMD 64 X2 series would suit you fine and you can pick up a 4200+ X2 for like $79
