i have a mini fridge sittin in my back yard... but my parents wont let me have it cuz they said if they do then i'll never come out of my room

A Windows XP login screen and the task manager thing.

It looks a lot like what my school has since all our computers and accounts are networked.

I'll give you the second one since you're soo close. It's actually the dialouge box Windows uses to tell the user the computer is locked.
