Quick question answered please. vista themes

I changed my theme on vista to windows 2000 version , just for kicks. When i decided to try and change it back to Aero, I couldn't! I could get the windows Vista theme on but the toolbar, window glossiness, all the vista stuff was not there! SO basically, theres no option to change it back I have no idea what to do i have tryed everything please help

if all else fails.....reinstall vista......i cant think of ne thing else

So you have had no luck fixing it then I gather? It is a strange one.

how wierd. try downloading a different vista theme and using a patch to apply it then go back to the original

try going to control panel>system>performance>adjust for best appearance, maybe that will work, if not, i have no idea...
