isn't that what remote desktop does...
thats what microsoft uses to help their customers

logmein is great ^
in fact many programs will work. you just need to setup port forwarding and stuff then connect to their ip, but logmein is so much easier
edit: guy above me has 6 lines in their sig, best sort it

i use GoToMyPC for personal use, so would that work fine?

well ill try logmein, and see how it is.

you will also have to make sure your customers are happy with it.
we are all different i just think its easier than messing about in the router setup
