Theres only one way of knowing once you've connected everything up, and checked it over, and thats to power it up

Make sure the cooler you are putting on has some thermal paste, or that you have your own to put on (A rice grain size is enough, and then use the heatsinks weight to spread it around, and secure it)

yeah it comes with thermal paste I'm pretty sure...its the arctic cooling freezer 64 pro
