No Sound

I enabled it, but it still doesnt work. It appears to be working but I hear no sound. I can adjust volume et cetera

The black subwoofer plug works fine. But the green one dont work...

It could be that that jack is damaged if only the green one isn't working
Try going into the technical programs Creative usually has to test the connections 1 by 1, and if one doesn't work, and its not turned down anywhere, I'm afraid a send off may be in order

If you have a 5.1 surround system, test out the back speakers too.

Yeah I don't have it connected to my surround, i'm just using headphones.

Well right now I have a sub and speakers connected... all I hear is the sub

Hm... the person I got it from said it worked. Would the warranty cover it?
