Good afternoon,

My system specs are 2048 mb of ram, 512 mb radeon X1650 pro, and currently a 2800+ AMD Socket A cpu. Im going to upgrade the processor to the most my board supports at 3200+ AMD. Will I notice the difference?

regards,

You will notice a slight difference, but I don't think it's worth upgrading.

I would just save up my money and just get a new system all together.

hopefully 64, if you have XP now you won't notice any kind of difference.

Its a socket A AMD 3200+, If i have a 2800+ at the moment and uprgrade to a 3200+, 3200+ has built in 3D NOW Pro, will that enhance game graphics???

Wooo, Socket A!!!! Old school stuff. I would say every little bit helps. Don't expect a dramatic increase in performance though, especially when it comes to newer games. Most of the performance lies in conjunction with how much RAM you have and what type of graphics card you have also.

why do u have 2Gb RAM with such an old system ? i assume that would be normal DDR aswell?
