Honestly, I think we're getting to the format stage.

I'm at a loss to suggest anything further, if the drivers from NVIDIA aren't doing it for you then maybe a format is the "last resort"

I'm usually loathe to suggest this action as it is a "cop out" but in this case I see little alternative.

I uninstalled the Nvidia IDE driver last night. PC ran overnight without BSODing and I've been using it for a few hours with no problems. I think I've found a fix but don't know if it will last in the long term.
