I've contacted Verison (BF2's ISP). all these accounts are comming form his IP string.

if more people file complaints then the more likely action will be taken, could you PM them to people? just 2 at a time then those 2 people send them to another 2 people and the complaints will mount pretty fast

only report him once per spamming, otherwise they might get pissed from multiple e-mails from the same IP. and if they don't block him from cf's ip, or disconnect his internet, threaten lawsuit, as they are allowing a violation of their TOS, which if correct is a Federal Offense.
