Help needed in picking a heatsink for a FFC (NEWB IN NEED)

I made the mistake when building my first form factor of buying a large heat sink. I need to fix that by getting a smaller one and I need recommendations. Looking to spend around $50

It needs to fit in the (APEVIA X-QPACK2) case
APEVIA X-QPACK2



The heat sink/fan needs to be less than 75mm in height
The socket is an AM2
