Ati smart stopped

when i tried to go to the ATI Catalyst Control Center as the service has stopped loading the ATI Catalyst Control Center...

also the icon went when i move my mouse on the ati startup icon...

also i have reinstall and still not working..how can i fix this problem???

come on i need help here...

as the ati2sgag.exe stopped working for the ati smart as i cant change the settings....

this forum never help...as i have to refromat my computer and it now cost my 5 hrs!!!
