my new build worth it?

I went on a little mini spree this past friday and bought a couple new things...

1)AMD X2 5000+ black edition 2.60 Ghz

2) ABIT K9N SLI NVIDIA AM2 (940) ATX mobo

3)OCZ Platinum Revision-2 2048MB PC6400 DDR2 800MHz Dual Channel Memory (2 x 1024MB)

4)NVIDIA GeForce 8500 GT Ultra silent 512MB PCIe w/DVI/TV-OUT

5)Logitech mx518 mouse since I've had it for 2 years and it broke and it's a sick mouse

what do you think of the components I bought in terms of how much better it is than my current rig which is an AMD 64 3200+ 1 Gig DDR RAM Nvidia 6600gt and microstar ms-7145 mobo and also will it be able to run CSS with no problems(mainly for CSPromod when it gets better)?

yea, pretty good, and it will run CSS fine

That graphics card is not that much better than the 6600GT, but it should run CSS fine.

the 8500 GT is not a very good card but it will run cs:S at 80 fps on all high TRilennar filterng and no AA
the 8500 is not worth it, u can find a deal for 20-30 dollars more and u can get a 8600GT or 150 more and u can get a 8800GT

i didnt have a lot of cash...it all came to about 320 bucks so yeah..i was on a limited budget

with a good cooler you can OC the crap out of that CPU since the multiplier is unlocked
this right here is the best bang for buck for a cooler
i bought mine for 30$ and i feel like i payed 60$
