aight theres the situation imma buy a new computer next week and i need to know what is better between

4GB Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 667MHz- 4DIMMs

or

2GB Corsair Dominator DDR2 SDRAM 800MHz OC'd to 1066MHz-2

What OS are you going to be using and what are you planning on using the computer for?

2GB is about the sweet spot for gaming on XP, and the OC'd Corsair is faster.

4GB is a good amount for Vista and will give you plenty of leg room for video and picture editing. Games will also run nicely.

PROCESSOR Intel® Core™2 Extreme QX6800 (8MB L2 Cache,3.2GHz Factory overclocked)

OPERATING SYSTEM Genuine Windows Vista® Home Premium Edition

HARD DRIVE 320GB - Seagate 7200RPM, SATA 3.0Gb/s, 16MB Cache
SECOND HARD DRIVE 160GB - Seagate 7200RPM, SATA 3.0Gb/s, 8MB Cache

SOUND CARD Sound Blaster® X-Fi™ XtremeMusic (D) Sound Card

GRAPHICS CARD 768MB Nvidia GeForce 8800 GTX

OPTICAL DRIVE Dual Drives: 16x DVD-ROM Drive + 16x DVD+/-RW w/ dbl layer write capable

AGEIA® PhysX® physics accelerator

Thats what i have im just a little undecisive with the memory

and im an hardcore gamer soooo what should i use...i mean if i was rich i would take that 4GB Corsair Dominator DDR2 SDRAM 800MHz OC'd to 1066MHz-4...BUT i cant afford that

You're missing the motherboard too. Get this:

ASUS Striker Extreme LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI ATX The Ultimate Gaming Motherboard - Retail

CORSAIR XMS2 DHX 2GB (4 x 1GB) DDR2-800 CL 5-5-5-18 Dual Channel Quad Kit Retail

I say, get rid of the Physics card and go all out with the 8800GTX. SLI them if you have to. It will smoke anything with Physics. Damn, look at the heat pipes on that motherboard. Looks like a refrigerator, lol.

That is an EXCELENT system for gaming. However, with an 8800 GTX, the PhysX Processor isn't really needed. The 8800 has one built in.
