You can install windows with out a key but you will only get the 30day trial and have to input a key or you OS will be shut down, as you have a pirate version installed you have three choices, 1 go and by a XP disc,2 ring up microsft and buy a key 3 try and download another version with key from a p2p site like torrents.

i know where i can download one from a warez site but... my download speeds are really really slow... i htink its because my windows is pirated

Your INTERNET speeds have nothing to do with your OS being a pirate version its will be because of
A. Your firewall
B Your ISP has capped you(most ISP have a fair usage policy which monitor the usage and restrict it during certain times of the day) SEE YOUR ISP INTERNET USAGE TERMS.
C.the amount you are downloading(multiple tasks)
D.The amount of seeds your torrent file has.

Well once you get it installed and everything put back on then do as I said in post 20 about back up software.
