upgrading videocard

i have this older dell, the really skinny one, i know it has a pci-e x16, but since its a smaller case, it cant fit the bigger ones obviously. can anyone give me a link to a good one that fit and thats somewhat cheap?
 
well.. since you didn't exactly give us any info on what you actually need I might aswell say take a 8800GTS.
For someone cheap means less than $100, for some it means less than $1000.

As for the size, find out which video card you want and then find out the size. Then just measure your case and see if it will fit.
 
its a dell dimension 2400C but the ones recommended by dell look really crappy

in that case you might need to get a low profile video card.
But as I said the only way to be sure if a normal vid card will fit in is to measure the space that you have available. Then there is also the option of getting a new case too.
