reseat your video card and see if it will boot, if not I think the card has died.

Without knowing the m/board brand and model I'm guessing the beep code is probably saying the same thing.

EDIT: Boot it without the video card in the m/board, you should get the beeps back, if not it could be more serious, also boot without the ram in there, you should get beeps

Try booting with 1 and if that dont work, take it out and try booting with the other
