Hey, I am setting up a new Fantasy Lit/Movie forum.

Here is what I have after 30 minutes or so of tinkering:

What do you guys think? What should I improve?

those kind of forums usually dont work out very well, unless your doing it as like a school forum or something.

nobody ever joins them, they are VERY hard to find on a search engine or any other way for that matter without directly typing in the URL\or having it in your history\bookmarked.

I am getting a new domain really soon.

What about a .com domain?

that would help loads, you would get tons of hits on search engines that dont have page ranking systems.

make sure you pick a GOOD domain though, that fits the site, like www.fantasy-forums.com

Haha, well.. domains cost money. The forum is really getting along pretty well though.

if you get a domain, i can host the board for you...(if that helps) i will also give you ftp so you can do custom smilies and themes, etc.
