Yes, that's a very wise decision. I didn't click on your CPU link but once you mentioned quad core.............it's automatic. Quad core is the way to go.
and I was reading through the reviews, and they were talking about Go's and B3's, and how this ships as a B3 and that seems to be a turnoff for some of the customers, why?
Make sure you get a G0, because it runs cooler, which is a good thing for something that overclocks very well indeed
It comes with all cores at 2.4ghz, but I have mine running at 3.2ghz. If I had a better cooler, 3.6ghz would be pretty easy to achieve, especially with that motherboard you are wanting
You may want to get a new cooler though, and not use the one that comes with the box.
Either a Zalman 9700 (like me, and its very nice), or a Tuniq Tower (harder to find, but its better when overclocked, and not to mention, harder to fit, but its probably worth it)
